What is it ?
Ki-Sun training has been described as a “soft martial art”. It consist of one hour classes of chanting, gentle movements and meditation.
The classes enable you to recharge with energy, release deep-rooted emotions and change negative patterns.
It is a South Korean spiritual practice based on Taoist principles and follows the eastern understanding that body, mind and spirit are all connected.
